Rod's Ace Hardware

Sold me a faulty bike pump and now I get to walk over a mile home because they sell you faulty tools. Was quick to refund and didn’t seem sympathetic in the slightest. I called and asked if they had the mini hand pumps they claimed they had three available. I get here to find no hand pumps only foot pumps. Thanks for ruining my night.

I found the level of employee engagement to be harassing. I was in the store for 20 minutes looking at different rubber pieces I could modify for use on a 65 year old car restoration project. I had 5 different employees ask me if I needed help, the last one being the store manager. I stated that I was frustrated that 5 employees had asked me if I needed help, and the manager lied stating there was only 3 employees working. I counted 1 male and 3 other female employees on my way out of the store.

Rod's Ace Hardware is a "home owner's best friend." Always very friendly and helpful service when you need a random bolt, nut, screw, nail, etc. They will help you find it fast! Also plenty of other items you'd expect in a hardware store. Rod's has had just what I needed many times now.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Also, it is an excellent source for "home improvement," which is close to home.

Bought some tools and was informed I couldn't use their bathroom. They really care about their customers.
